Monday night:
Well it was pouring when I got home from work last night so I scraped the run and went with another nice 30 minute recovery ride on the tri-bike via the trainer. Cruised in an easy 6.8 miles with an average speed of 13.8mph plus an average HR of 93bpm and average cadence on 94rpm...
Really needed to run but that had to do for the evenings exercise ;-)
