Thursday lunchtime:
Ok...so I have not swam (or biked also) since the Olympic Tri on 08.17.2008 which feels like an eternity ago already! I have sooo much cooped up energy since I have not been training properly over the last two weeks time that I decided to burn some of that energy off in the pool at the health club at lunch...it was a simple workout but effective...
20 laps with pull-buoy at a tempo pace for a simple 800 meters total...I did feel better after the short workout though :-)
