Tuesday morning:
Before heading off to work I rode the tri-bike via the trainer in the house for 35 minutes to help flush out the legs from the long run the evening before. Recovery pace at 14.6mph average and an average cadence of 92bpm…but I forgot to write down my HR info…oh well.
Tuesday evening:
Simple 4 mile recovery run outside in the neighborhood with an average HR of 122bpm.
Perfect evening for a run…
