recovery spin...

Monday evening:

Rode the old TT/Tri-bike on the CompuTrainer after work for a 10 mile recovery ride. Choose the Coaching mode and an easy, slightly hilly 10 mile beginner course to keep a low HR with a cadence of 90rpm. My average HR for this recovery ride was super low at 97bpm with a max towards the end on a half mile incline of 5% to 120bpm. Total ride time was 35:35...

My legs were and still are very tired from Sundays longer training run!
