Friday evening:
Rode the old Cannondale TT/Tri-bike on the CompuTrainer after work for a 10 mile recovery ride. Choose the Coaching mode and an easy, slightly hilly 10 mile beginner course to keep a low HR with a cadence of 90rpm. My average HR for this recovery ride was at 101bpm with a max towards the end on a half mile incline of 5% to 131bpm. Total time was at 35:59...
